Whether they want to apply heat to a food item in a special way, or want to design the ultimate outdoor kitchen, I look forward to the challenge. We are NorCal Ovenworks Inc., we bring grills, ovens, and outdoor kitchens from our welders and blacksmiths to you. We don't make BBQ Grills, we make joy!

The Tale of the Live Fire Steakhouse, ASHEVILLE PROPER

Chef Owen McGlynn is opening Asheville Proper, A Live Fire Steakhouse, in The Grove Arcade, an historic venue in Asheville, NC.

Asheville Proper.

Asheville Proper will feature live-fire cooking in an open kitchen on this custom wood fired grill, built to order by NorCal Ovenworks Inc.

This steakhouse will offer New York strips, double-cut pork chops, cowboy ribeyes, and larger steaks, along with wood fired sides like charred Brussels sprouts, embered squash, and charred pickled shrimp.
