|This morning, I received a call from Chef Randy Tapia because his predecessor lost the bushings for the rotisseries that attach to this grill. He has been helped, and should have his parts in a few days. He shared some of the things he has on his specials, cooked on this grill, and I gave him my spatchcocked chicken recipe.
